What are the basics of the separate nutrition plan? Eat simple food and don't combine such belonging to various types at one and the same time since it slows down the digestion.

  • Parsley;
  • Carrots;
  • Ham;
  • Larded salami;
  • Bacon;
  • Yellow cheese (kashakval);
  • Eggs;
  • Cream;

If you have made a decision to follow the separate nutrition plan, you can leave all types of veggies but take the various proteins out along with the meat. Here are some proper combinations:

  • Vegetables;
  • Eggs;

Or:

  • Vegetables;
  • Yellow cheese (kashkaval)

Or:

  • Vegetables;
  • Bacon;

Or:

  • Vegetables;
  • Larded salami;

When sticking to this plan, you won't stray from the principles of the separate nutrition regimen.

Cream is absolutely forbidden, thus it is not included in these combinations. Also, it is extremely unhealthy due to its high content of refined sugar, saturated fat, powdered milk and many other bad things! Bacon and larded salami are non-advisable as well!
