Don't consume them either during or after meals since they contain carbon oxides acting against all our cells, taking a heavy toll on the brain cells. Also, they affect the lining of the stomach, shrink the blood vessels and are generally quite bad for one's health state.
Consumption of such triggers the decaying process and fermentation as more toxins and waste products come out as a result of it, making the digesting pretty difficult since all those ferments cannot function properly.
It all gets worse when having to deal with stomach problems or other health issues.
Coca cola is the one of the unhealthiest beverages since it not only contains sugars, salt, aspartame, caffeine, carbon dioxide, stabilizers, but many other substances having a stimulative effect without doing any good to our healthy sleep or heart. Also, beers should not be underestimated at all as they can only be combined with carbohydrates simply because that is what beers actually are. On the other hand, they also belong to the carbonated beverages, leading to gaining weight. Plus, you all have ever seen men with beer bellies, right?
And yet, don't take these drinks as a poison, but reduce their consumption and never drink any during meals since you will turn your body into a huge mess! And even if you still want to enjoy a soft drink, go at least for a smaller bottle/can and don't consume it with anything else!
Carbonated beverages DO NOT QUENCH THE THIRST!
..and I am absolutely ready to have a massive argument with anyone stating the opposite. Soft drinks trigger dehydration because of the amount of sugars, salt, caffeine and many other substances that are contained in them (as in this case I am talking about the coca-cola, which also contains the same substances).
And even if you feel like drinking any, you can simply make your own version of a soft drink by mixing up a little bit of lemon juice and baking soda. Just stir up and add some water to it and enjoy a beverage that satiates the thirst and cleanses the body at one and the same!
