Fats: how to combine them

Listen, dude, fats are not that scary as you might consider them. Your body needs them so as to function properly. In this article, I am going to reveal you how to and how not to combine them so as to have your digestive system sped up. (Learn more about fats)

Rule 1: Don't combine sugars and fats. Improper combinations: 

  • Sweet fruits and nuts with higher concentration of fat (walnuts, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame, pumpkin seeds;
  • Cheese with sweet fruits; 
  • Yellow cheese (kashkaval) with sour fruits;
  • Banana with chocolate;

Rule 2: Don't consume various types of fats - it is a hard-to-digest combination! Improper combinations:

  • Fried meat and cheese; ;
  • Fried meat and yellow cheese (kashkaval);
  • Fish and yellow cheese;
  • Fish and eggs;
  • Yellow cheese and eggs; 

Note: When frying, foods lose a major amount of their nutrients; besides, lots of poisonous substances, harassing the stomach, are produced that way. 

Rule 3: Don't combine fats, acids and starch - an extremely hard-to-digest combination! Improper mix-ups:

  • French fries in sour sauce; 
  • French fries with cheese and sausages; 
  • Pork with sauerkraut and bread;
  • Beef with yellow cheese and sauerkraut;
