Rule 1: Don't combine sugars and fats. Improper combinations:
- Sweet fruits and nuts with higher concentration of fat (walnuts, almonds, peanuts, sunflower seeds, sesame, pumpkin seeds;
- Cheese with sweet fruits;
- Yellow cheese (kashkaval) with sour fruits;
- Banana with chocolate;
Rule 2: Don't consume various types of fats - it is a hard-to-digest combination! Improper combinations:
- Fried meat and cheese; ;
- Fried meat and yellow cheese (kashkaval);
- Fish and yellow cheese;
- Fish and eggs;
- Yellow cheese and eggs;
Note: When frying, foods lose a major amount of their nutrients; besides, lots of poisonous substances, harassing the stomach, are produced that way.
Rule 3: Don't combine fats, acids and starch - an extremely hard-to-digest combination! Improper mix-ups:
- French fries in sour sauce;
- French fries with cheese and sausages;
- Pork with sauerkraut and bread;
- Beef with yellow cheese and sauerkraut;
