"We are what we eat"

Nutrition helps recover both the cells and tissues in the human body. A cell dies every other second and is respectively taken by a new one made up of substances we provide for our bodies. Our current health state is a direct result of both our eating habits and how we actually take care of ourselves.

Food should be perceived as a medicine that has to be dosed properly since the good health depends on every bite we take. If we consume such food which doesn't boost the cells recovery, such as pasta, fried meals, plus sugar and salt-packed products, we provide the body with a cell building material (vitamins, minerals, fibers, proteins, etc.) of an extremely low quality. Besides, no matter the time you spend in the gym, the chances are you won't get your well-sculpt body shape back that way.

Leading an unhealthy lifestyle results in piling up toxins in your body as it also boosts storing more fats. Bear in mind that "dead" food lacks any vital susbstances and cannot revivify.

On the other hand, the consumption of "live food", such as fruits, nuts, veggies, fish, etc, promotes the cells recovery and revitalization. As a result of it, we will look younger, stronger, much healthier, as we will simply glow from happiness!

We can maintain a young and healthy body only if we learn how to be more sensible and sort of disciplined when it comes to eating habits because we eat to live, not the other way around.

Living unhealthy exhausts the body and affects its vital functions; ultimately, the choice is ours as to whether we will act reasonably by sticking to the separate eating plan or not.

Indeed, it is quite hard to switch to eating healthy, but you can be sure that once you get used to it, there will absolutely be great results out of it, such as burning much more fats. Besides, you will feel healthier, stronger, and ready to enjoy the life to the fullest!

The nutrition role in our lives 

The separate nutrition rules were not created by some random people. Rather, they are a result of serious lab tests, ran by medical scientists, biologists and chemists, so these same rules are absolutely undeniable and proven by the modern medicine. 

Nutrition plays a crucial role in our lives, so it has to be taken really seriously. By following the separate nutrition rules, you will not only torch the fats, but you will protect yourself against a wide range of serious health issues that way.

If I happened to make you think about ditching the unhealthy eating habits, then at least try to stick to the following rules:

  • Consider and plan your meals;
  • Combine foods properly 
  • Eat during the day and avoid the late night food binge;
  • Never starve;
  • Never binge on food;
  • End of story!

Yes, it is as simple as that! Do it now!


  • Consume "live food" since it can only create life, restoring our cells and providing the body with vital substances;
  • Don't pig out; overeating is unhealthy!
  • The separate nutrition helps putting off weight, making you feel younger and energetic;
